You have the right to consult and obtain communication of the information concerning you contained in a file held by the Factry. You may also request that inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information be corrected and that information that is not relevant to the purpose of the file be deleted.

Factry will respond to each access and rectification request within 30 days of receipt of the written request. In the event that Factry is unable to provide you with access to or rectify your Personal Information, we will inform you of the reasons for the inability to provide access or rectify your Personal Information and of the recourse available to you.
