Have questions about our programs?
Does distance brainstorming sound like an oxymoron? Have your team brainstorming sessions lost their spark? It’s time to change your habits so that the magic can happen again. Our practical online exercises let you experiment with several recognized methods to generate and grow ideas in a group setting. Upgrade your toolbox with different techniques that will lead you and your team towards creative solutions.
Distance is never an obstacle to learning creativity. Factry offers numerous online courses and workshops which meet current health guidelines and to accommodate participants who wish to learn from home. Each course takes into account the reality of distance learning: workshop instructors divide the class into small teams to work in depth. The Zoom and Miro applications do not incur any additional costs for participants. Opt for the flexibility of our online training courses, where the screen is not an obstacle to human sensitivity.
Our structured and playful approach places the human being at the heart of learning. The Factry method offers a rhythm adapted to each group, based on interaction between participants and multidisciplinary coaches. Practical exercises, solving real problems, developing transversal skills: the Factry Method makes you think otherwise in order to approach your business in a different way.
*Sessions can be added for private groups of 15 or more. Contact us for more information.
