This problem-solving method based on empathy and creativity applies to any human, technical or business issue. Straddling analysis and intuition, experimentation and human connection, our Design Thinking workshop allows participants to fully experience it. Through practical exercises, participants learn how to develop solutions that meet both the needs of users and the ambitions of organizations.
A transdisciplinary method for solving problems in a wide range of fields, design thinking is based on the designers’ approach to finding solutions. It makes it possible to transform constraints into opportunities through analysis of a group’s needs.
Distance is never an obstacle to learning creativity. Factry offers numerous online courses and workshops which meet current health guidelines and to accommodate participants who wish to learn from home. Each course takes into account the reality of distance learning: workshop instructors divide the class into small teams to work in depth. The Zoom and Miro applications do not incur any additional costs for participants. Opt for the flexibility of our online training courses, where the screen is not an obstacle to human sensitivity.
Our structured and playful approach places the human being at the heart of learning. The Factry method offers a rhythm adapted to each group, based on interaction between participants and multidisciplinary coaches. Practical exercises, solving real problems, developing transversal skills: the Factry Method makes you think otherwise in order to approach your business in a different way.
Factry is recognized by Revenu Québec as an educational institution (accreditation 18-04- 4061) and is a trainer accredited by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (accreditation 0059062).
