The Creative leadership for executives course is designed specifically for executives with real power to change their organizations. Participants will learn to unleash the creativity that sleeps within their teams and become agents of change. Through various practical workshops, exchanges and exercises, participants will be able to create an experience and share it with other leaders from all disciplinary backgrounds.
This course was designed by Factry in collaboration with Innove Lab.

Founder, Innove Lab
With more than 20 years of experience in innovation, consultation and group leadership, Marie-Josée Lareau worked for 10 years as an artistic trainer with the next generation of Cirque du Soleil. After her EMBA, she founded Innove Lab with the goal of training leaders and their teams to improve their creativity, their spirit of innovation and their ability to collaborate.

For the past 25 years, Chantal has been Media Director in an advertising agency, consultant in media strategies and lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke. Today as a certified coach, founder of La voix des équipes and coach at Factry, Chantal has been designing and facilitating collaborative workshops for several years. Chantal has made her vocation to help people and organizations find their voice.

Organizational development consultant
Marie-Joëlle is currently pursuing a doctorate psychology in the workplace and organizations. Member of the Lafond Gestion collective since 2015, she has been directly involved in the development of the services relating to intergenerational cohabitation and the retention of senior workers. She also holds a position of organizational development consultant in the Executive sector of the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM).

Doctor in comparative literature, Ollivier Dyens is a Full professor in the Department of Littératures de langue française, de traduction et de création at McGill University, where he also served as Deputy Provost for 5 years. He is the founder and co-director of the Building 21 innovation laboratory.

Business strategy consultant, Lafond
Pierre Laramée is a freelance designer, writer and strategist currently consulting for Lafond. He is dedicated to the retention of aging workers in the workforce and the implementation of intergenerational cohabitation practices in business. Pierre is also a co-founder of the Tam-Tam advertising agency, serving as both a creative and executive for 16 years (including seven years as president), and has designed numerous campaigns for some of Quebec’s most well-known companies.

He continues to inspire creatives around the world today.
